Can I return my purchase?
  • Unopened products: Return within 14 days of delivery—contact us for instructions. You’re responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Opened products: For safety and product integrity, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on opened items.
  • Sample Sets: Non-returnable. We encourage sampling before choosing a full size.

Refunds (for approved unopened returns) are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary by bank.
